Govit.com is an interesting new nonpartisan site (still in beta, baby, whatever that is) where you can cast your vote on bills and discuss them with other members who have joined up--kind of a political social networking area. (Maybe they’ll add a nonpartisan dating section.) It’s like an online voting booth, and the various bills are explained sensibly and briefly. You can have your vote sent to your representatives and see if they pay attention to you. Govit posts their votes on the issues that you vote on so you can see if they’re listening. Keep a running record of your votes compared to your reps, and when election time comes, you'll know if your representatives have really represented you!). The Muse loves to rabble-rouse -- let’s vote!
