Green Drinks Tonight!

No worries, no one’s dying the Forsyth fountain à la St. Patrick’s Day. I’ve been seeking out Green Goddesses for our August issue – and I’ve got more amazing women doing incredible things for the environment than I know what to do with! So far we’ve got organic farmers, recyclers and one lady who LOVES worms – but you’ll have to wait until August to find out more...

In the meantime, all this environmental talk has got me parched. I’m planning to quench my thirst tonight at Green Drinks Savannah – a loosely organized group of fun folks who like a shot of sustainable living practices with an ecoconsciousness chaser. No stuffy self-righteousness here – just people who like to throw back a few beers and recycle the cans afterwards. Details below – hope to see ya there!
